Andrea Viscardi
Andrea, in charge of first courses and better known as ‘il Rigoroso’, enters the kitchen after several experiences in Milan, Como, Verona and London. What he loves is precision, an accurate exactitude in the preparation of dishes.

Andrea Visintin
Andrea, with a wealth of experience between Friuli and South Tyrol, arrived at Jolà in 2021 as head of appetisers. His strong point? The constant dialogue with the team to come up with new creations.

Giulia Buruiana
Giulia, our pastry chef de partie. Precise and elegant, she comes from a starred restaurant in Tuscany and after various experiences in Trentino and Switzerland, she brings her creations and passion to the world of pastry at Jolà.
